By booking an appointment or purchasing products from Concierge Claire, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments and Services

• All in-person treatments require a prior phone or online consultation.

• Payment for services is due in full at the time of your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if pre-appointment requirements are not met or if it is not medically advisable to proceed.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

Product Sales

All product sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
