Refund Policy
At Concierge Claire, we work with each client to discuss treatment goals, review likely outcomes, and explain any potential benefits and risks. Aesthetics and wellness treatments are not an exact science, and how you respond may vary from person to person. Payments are for the treatment or service itself, not for a guaranteed result. We always strive to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
In-Person Treatments and Services
All injectable treatments, IV drips, microneedling, peptide therapies, mindful wellness coaching, and any other in-person services are final sale. Payment is collected in person at the time of service via our Shopify POS. Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Prepaid Services and Packages
If Concierge Claire offers prepaid services or treatment packages, they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within two (2) years from the purchase date. Prepaid services may only be redeemed by the original purchaser. At management’s discretion, unused service values may be applied toward another eligible service offered by Concierge Claire, but no cash refunds will be provided.
Topical Products and Skincare
All topical products, including Glytone® and other skincare items, are non-refundable and non-returnable, even if unopened. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
